Whether you’re cooking a delicious meal to enjoy during your virtual Passover seder or looking for some variety after too much matzah, learn to cook a kosher-for-Passover Tunisian-inspired seder that won’t fall flat during this class led by chef Vered Guttman. The menu includes:
- Tunisian charoset
- Chrayme – fish steak in tomato and pepper sauce
- Beef stuffed artichoke bottoms in pea and lemon sauce
- Almond drink – rosetta
- Chocolate and coconut Passover cake
