  • Gondi soup – a chickpea-chicken “matzah ball” soup from the Jewish Persian cuisine
  • Persian rice with sour cherries and saffron and a crispy bottom
  • Khoresht fesenjan – a chicken, pomegranate, and walnut stew
  • Israeli-style poppy seed hamantaschen
  • Turkish delight hamantaschen
