CANCELED: Letter Writing with VoteRiders
- This event has passed.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, this program has been canceled. With questions, contact Kira.
Sixth & I turns 18—the legal voting age in the US—at a time when voter suppression and threats to democracy are top of mind for many Americans. Help us celebrate this milestone anniversary by empowering eligible voters across the country to exercise their right to vote in the upcoming midterm elections.
VoteRiders will train volunteers on the importance of combating confusion around state voter ID laws and share best practices for letter writing to provide voters with the ID information and assistance they need to ensure their votes count.
Snacks and letter-writing materials will be provided. Forever stamp donations are greatly appreciated.
Can’t attend but want information about virtual letter-writing opportunities? Email Kira.
