More than Matzah: Passover Recipes that Don’t Fall Flat
- This event has passed.
This class is a part of Seders Across DC, in partnership with OneTable.
This year, the first seder falls on Shabbat, leaving us wondering what to serve at dinner in place of a challah. Haaretz food writer, chef, and owner of Cardamom & Mint Catering Vered Guttman teaches a hands-on cooking class featuring four Passover-friendly recipes that are actually delicious. Wear your eating pants.
Recipes include:
Date and roasted walnut haroset balls
Pomegranate and date molasses roasted chicken
Quinoa and sweet potato in coconut milk with Tuscan kale
