This session runs from 8:30 am to 9:00 am EST.

Start the work day with meaning as we come together to (virtually) connect and reflect. Rabbi Shira and Aaron Shneyer lead a few of the traditional morning prayers and share kavvanot (intentions). No background necessary.

In order to make this as meaningful an experience as possible for all involved, video participation is strongly encouraged.
