This session runs from 8:30 am to 9:00 am EST.

Start off the work day with some spiritual work as we come together to connect (virtually) and reflect. Rabbi Aaron will lead a few of the traditional morning prayers, share a couple of kavvanot (intentions) and lead a short journaling exercise.
