Re-Root and Re-Boot: A Tu B’Shvat Yoga Class
- This event has passed.
Enrich your spiritual practice by grounding yourself with a gentle yoga and meditation class led by movement teacher Alison Waldman. Rabbi Suzy will infuse the class with spiritual insights about Tu B’shvat (the Jewish New Year for trees) and how this ancient holiday can serve as a lens to reflect on personal goals, celebrate all that we have harvested in the past year, and plant seeds of growth for 2018.
If you would like to request a vegan meal for the optional lunch after class, please email Abby Eisen.
