Shabbasana™: Pre-Shabbat Yoga

Prepare your mind and body for Shabbat with Jewish-inspired  yoga led by yoga instructor Dan Kapner. Shabbasana blends gentle flow movements with breath work and stretching for a therapeutic and meditative experience that promotes stress relief and overall well-being.

Enter a state of relaxation, mindfulness, and improved strength through moving meditation. Nama-stay for services following the class; yoga attire is welcome during the service.

All levels are welcome. Yoga mats and blocks will be provided.
