Shabbat: Exhale
- This event has passed.
At this in-person event, masks and proof of vaccination are required. Please review our health and safety protocols here. Advance registration is required and walk-ups are not permitted.
Shabbat can be the spiritual antidote to the stress of the past week, offering a space to pause and unplug. It is also a sacred opportunity to renew your connection with yourself, with others, and with whatever matters most to you.
At this one-hour alternative Shabbat service, unwind and reconnect through guided meditation, reflection on Jewish teachings, and communal singing with mindfulness teacher Alison Cohen, Rabbi Nora, and musician Aaron Shneyer.
