Do you keep a journal? Do you wish you did? This interactive workshop explores the role of these “letters to ourselves” in women’s creative, spiritual and moral lives. Part discussion, part hands-on creative lab, this session specifically explores these themes as they relate to a practice and habit of gratitude.
