Losing someone important in your life can open a wound that takes time and attention to heal. Don’t go it alone. This four-session series, led by Dr. Ayelet Krieger, will focus on different topics surrounding the issue of loss, including dealing with the complex feelings that often accompany grief, useful resources, self-care, and what to expect moving forward. Come learn, connect, and support one another within a welcoming Jewish community.

Dr. Krieger has worked with hundreds of individuals and couples in a wide variety of counseling and community mental health settings. In addition to treating clients at her private practice, Oasis Therapy Center, Dr. Krieger works as a mindfulness consultant and as a certified yoga and meditation teacher.
