- This event has passed.
Hailed as the new voice of Brazil, CéU is the latest South American chanteuse to take the world by storm. Her singing is what earned her acclaim, yet her music is novel as well; a fusion of samba, reggae, and electronica, with touches of jazz and soul.
Céu received a Latin Grammy nomination for “Best New Artist” in 2006 and a Grammy nomination for “Best Contemporary World Music Album” in 2007. Her debut album in the U.S. with Six Degrees Records was the first international artist on Starbucks’ Hear Music Debut Series. Now set to release her third studio album, Caravana Sereia Bloom, the Brazilian sensation offers an intimate performance under the dome.
