Israeli Jewish Vegetarian Cooking

If the only word that comes to mind when you think of Jewish cooking is “heavy,” it’s time to change your mind. In this hands-on cooking class, learn how to make delicious vegetarian versions of traditional Jewish foods and Israeli favorites. Whether you’re a novice or an experienced cook, you’ll leave with new ideas, new recipes, and a new outlook on food. Come dressed to cook and prepared to eat, as we’ll conclude the class by sampling all of the foods prepared.
