A Seasonal Beer and Cheese Tasting with the Beer Activist

Chris O’Brien, the Beer Activist and author of Fermenting Revolution: How to Drink Beer and Save the World, and Tim Little of Cowgirl Creamery lead an interactive beer and cheese pairing. Hear from local brewers as you sip a variety of beers from Bluejacket, Atlas Brew Works, and Stillwater Artisanal Ales and taste Cowgirl Creamery cheeses.

Please note: The cheeses selected for the tasting will not be halachically kosher, but all use vegetable rennet.
