Musical and interactive service with Rabbi Shira and musician Aaron Shneyer. Enjoy appetizers and cocktails before the 7:15 pm service. Dinner will be parve and kosher (vegetarian option available).
Dinner is a certified Kosher meat meal, vegetarian and gluten-free option available. If you have any additional food needs, please contact Abby at least four days before the event. The dinner menu includes:
To start:
Eggplant and pomegranate dip (vegan, GF) with crudités
Stuffed grape leaves (vegan, GF)
Dinner:
Bean, chickpea, and lentil soup to commemorate Queen Esther who became vegan at the palace in order to avoid eating treyf (vegan, GF)
Beef and pistacchio meatballs in pomegranate sauce (GF, contains pistacchio)
Vegan option: meatless pistachio meatballs in pomegranate sauce
Salad Shirazi: tomato, cucumber, radish (vegan, GF) with poppy seed dressing
Persian rice with barberries (zereshk), almond, and orange (vegan, GF)
Dessert:
Poppy seed hamantaschen (vegetarian)
Baklava trays
