An Intimate Evening with Mika
- This event has passed.
Both astonishingly musical and profoundly thoughtful, Mika’s tunes combine a heady euphoric rush with darker unexpected elements: daytime melodramas and night-time tales of love, loss, abandonment, hope and happiness. They all jostle together for attention, each one a pure pop golden nugget.
His first full-length studio album, Life in Cartoon Motion, released in 2007, sold more than 5.6 million copies worldwide and helped Mika win a Brit Award—winning Best British Breakthrough act, and receive a GRAMMY nomination. In 2009, Mika released his second studio album, The Boy Who Knew Too Much, and a “more simplistic pop, less layered” album The Origin of Love in 2012.
