Sixth & I – Sanctuary
Anonymous 4
with Bruce Molsky
- This event has passed.
Noted for its virtuosic ensemble singing, captured on 20 recordings (2,000,000 sold) over 30 illustrious years of performances, Anonymous 4 returns to Washington with a valedictory performance just weeks before retiring. Through songs and instrumental tunes from the hills and back roads of America, Anonymous 4 and “the Rembrandt of Appalachian Fiddle,” Bruce Molsky, bring to life the stories of men, women, and children from the North and South at the end of the Civil War and in its immediate aftermath.
Washington Performing Arts performances at Sixth & I are made possible by the Abramson Family Foundation.
