Ashley Blaker
- This event has passed.
Described by The New York Post as “John Oliver in a yarmulke,” Ashley Blaker is the first Orthodox Jewish comedian to have his own BBC show. Fresh off a five-week off-Broadway run of Strictly Unorthodox, hailed as “a slickly funny stand-up show” by The New York Times, Blaker takes on Jews’ obsessions with sushi, explains why Jewish holidays are so difficult, and reveals why he keeps visiting the dentist.
Blaker is also an award-winning comedy writer and producer for television and radio. While at the BBC, he produced and directed the acclaimed comedy, “Little Britain.”
