Chris O’Brien, the Beer Activist and author of Fermenting Revolution: How to Drink Beer and Save the World, and Adam Smith of Cowgirl Creamery lead an interactive beer and cheese pairing. Hear from local brewers and cheese experts as you sip and taste a variety of local beers and cheeses.

Please note: The cheeses selected for the tasting will not be halachically kosher, but all use vegetable rennet.
