In celebration of Simchat Torah, local Jewish communities and minyanim join together as Rabbi David Shneyer leads participants from the sanctuary to the streets to dance and sing with the Torah!

Rabbi Shneyer is the founder, director, and spiritual leader of Am Kolel and spiritual leader of Kehila Chadasha, a havurah based in Bethesda. Rabbi Shneyer is also an accomplished musician, founding and leading The Fabrangen Fiddlers, and a composer of new liturgical music.

With Am Kolel, Kehila Chadasha, Hill Havurah and Beth Mishpachah.
