Ticketfly, Sixth & I’s ticketing provider, will administer all refunds. If you have purchased tickets online, your refund will be processed automatically. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to display on your credit card statement. If you have purchased tickets through our box office or have additional questions about your refund, please contact Kaylen Poretzky at [email protected]. All refund requests for Box Office purchases must be made by Friday, February 28^th at 5:00 pm. No refunds will be administered after this date.
