Experience the world premiere virtual screening of “Genius: Aretha,” a new eight-part limited series on National Geographic starring Cynthia Erivo and Courtney B. Vance that chronicles the life and legacy of the Queen of Soul. Pre-show entertainment includes spoken word from showrunner Suzan-Lori Parks; performances by trumpeter Marquis Hill, Bill Moss Jr presents, The Detroit Youth All-Star Choir, c-Live, Clive Davis Institute at Tisch School of the Arts/NYU & AfroPunk Artists; and special appearances from the cast. Following the premiere, don’t miss an exclusive performance of Aretha classics by Cynthia Erivo taped at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles.
