Introduction to Judaism for Interfaith Couples
- This event has passed.
A guided, nonjudgmental space for Jews and their non-Jewish partners to explore the basics of Judaism and Jewish life. We will address your questions and also explore:
– Theology (including Jewish approach to messiah)
– History (with special emphasis on the Holocaust)
– Home/daily-life rituals
– Jewish calendar and life-cycle
– Israel
For the benefit of all participants:
* Attendance is expected at all six sessions.
* Couples must have completed an Interfaith Couples Workshop at Sixth & I.
