Jewish Flavor: Passover Prep

Whether you’re hosting a Passover seder or looking for some variety after too much matzah, learn to cook kosher-for-Passover recipes that won’t fall flat during this class led by in-house chef Vered Guttman. Demonstration and meal included.

The menu includes:

  • Moroccan haroset with dates, wine, and nuts
  • Gluten free tahini bread
  • Quinoa, sweet potato, and Tuscan kale salad
  • Moroccan pie of potato and dandelion (ma’akouda)
  • Roasted chicken with pomegranate and date molasses
  • Date and roasted walnut haroset balls

The dinner provided will be certified kosher.
