Before the season ends, follow along as Chef Vered Guttman finds creative ways to preserve your favorite summer produce so they last all year long. The menu includes:
- Matbucha, a North African spicy tomato dip
- Stuffed eggplant pickles
- Watermelon rind pickles
- Oven dried tomatoes
- Goat milk Labneh balls in olive oil
- Yellow tomato pate de fruit
- Fig liquor
- Peaches and vanilla in alcohol
- Plum jam with star anise
