Knit for Good

The past decade has proven that knitting isn’t just an activity for our beloved bubbes. Not Your Bubbe’s Sisterhood invites experienced knitters and total beginners (we’ll have plenty of teachers on hand) for an afternoon of knitting for a good cause.

This event falls on Yom Hazikaron, the Israeli holiday commemorating all soldiers who have fallen in defense of Israel from the time of the Israeli War of Independence in 1948 to the present. The scarf you create can be donated to soldiers serving in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

*For women in their 20s and 30s. And for the record, we love all bubbes everywhere.
