Through interviews largely with his colleagues—who he has grabbed telephonically from war zones, hotel rooms, an old school phone booth in the Senate press gallery and the backroom of Kinkos, among other locations—Barbaro, a former political reporter for The New York Times, helps unravel complicated news subjects in 20 minute digestible bites.
