A note from the Pantsuit Politics hosts:

“As we continue to process the news and best available information on Covid-19, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Spring Tour. In our home state of Kentucky, officials are taking precautions against community spreading of Covid-19, including declaring a state of emergency. Outside of personal hygienic diligence, the best available tool for the general public to help stem the spread of Covid-19 appears to be social distancing—that is, taking a period of time away from travel and social gatherings.

We looked forward to the Spring Tour and will miss the opportunity to connect with you there. At the same time, we don’t have the kinds of factors to weigh against cancellation that many schools and businesses have. On balance, it is most congruent with our values to cancel our appearances in an abundance of caution and out of care and concern for everyone who is vulnerable in the face of this virus. We thank you sincerely for your patience and understanding and wish for health and wellness in the coming days.”
