Among hundreds of historic places in Washington, DC, Sixth & I was selected as one of only 24 sites to compete for $100,000 in restoration funds. The Partners in Preservation annual campaign, held by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, awards grants to historic institutions in a select city each year. 2013 is the year for DC, and, with your help, the year for Sixth & I!

Winning the Partners in Preservation grant will allow us to restore the stained glass windows in our sanctuary, ensuring that our stunning historic building can continue to house even more innovative conversations, electrifying performances, and deep spiritual connections long into the future.

As part of the campaign’s Open House weekend, we’re opening our doors for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of our 105-year-old building, including highlights of our historic stained glass windows. Also, sample free food, and meet Sixth & I personalities.
