Shabbat can be the antidote to the stress of the past week, offering a space to pause and unplug from the noise of the world around you, while reconnecting with yourself and others. At this alternative Shabbat experience, unwind through meditation, mindfulness, and movement designed to help you find a renewed sense of purpose.
During the period between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, mindfulness guide and yoga teacher Alison Waldman leads gentle movement and meditation to cultivate greater spiritual focus leading into the New Year. This program incorporates intention-setting and self-reflection through collective breath, stretching, and rhythm. Opt to participate on a yoga mat, from our pews, or virtually from home. Adapted for all levels of mobility.
