They’ll also demo how to make their favorite beverage so you can recreate it at home.

Rose Previte is the owner of DC’s acclaimed restaurant Compass Rose and Michelin-starred Maydan.  Raised in a food loving Sicilian-Lebanese family in Ohio, Rose started working in food in her mother’s restaurant and Middle Eastern catering business at an early age. After spending over a decade working in bars and restaurants, she opened Compass Rose in 2014 followed by Maydan in 2017. Rose is the host of WETA’s “Check, Please! DC” where she guided viewers through an unfiltered look at the local restaurant scene.  As a prominent small business entrepreneur, she has been recognized in Washingtonian’s “40 Under 40,” Washington Business Journal’s “40 Under 40,” and Washingtonian’s “Most Powerful Women in Washington.”
