Chris O’Brien, author of Fermenting Revolution: How to Drink Beer and Save the World, will lead a “tutored tasting” of beers that not only taste great but have been brewed in ways that support their surrounding communities, as well as the environment. Featuring the springtime offerings of some of the area’s best local breweries.
