- This event has passed.
After multiple rounds of open warfare that have left residents living amid a man-made humanitarian disaster, what is the path forward for ending the crisis in Gaza? In a panel moderated by Katherine Bauer, Blumenstein-Katz Family fellow at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, experts from the Center for a New American Security and the Brookings Institution’s Center for Middle East Policy explore policy recommendations for the U.S. from their new report on how to break the cycle of violence and move towards peace. Panelists include:
Hady Amr – visiting fellow at the Brookings Institution
Ilan Goldenberg – policy advisor with the Israel Policy Forum
Dr. Natan Sachs – director of the Brookings Institution’s Center for Middle East Policy
