UCB Improv Crash Course
- This event has passed.
A UCB Cast member leads a two-hour long, intensive workshop for 18 participants; this will be a condensed, “crash course” version of UCB’s Improv 101 class offered at its theater in New York. The class is an introduction on the basics of performing long-form improv scenes. Students learn how to adopt and make use of the “yes and” philosophy, how to play at the “top of their intelligence,” and how to be active listeners/supports as a means of creating comedic improvised scenes.
Registration: You must be 18 or older to participate. The $50 fee for the class also includes one ticket to either the 7:00 pm early show or 9:30 pm late show. If you are interested in attending the early show, register through the early show ticketing page. If you are interested in attending the late show, register through the late show ticketing page.
