Jewish Flavor: Slow-Cooked Stews

In a class led by our in-house chef Vered Guttman, explore a contemporary twist on the classic cholent, an overnight stew typically enjoyed by Jews during Shabbat.
The menu includes:
- Ashkenazi cholent with Israeli and Moroccan variations
- Jerusalem-style hamin (an overnight stew of chicken and macaroni)
- Israeli salad, pickles, and a winter compote
Demonstration and dinner buffet included. The dinner provided will be certified kosher.
