This is a two-part series that meets on Wednesdays, September 13 and 27 at 6:00 pm. 

Yom Kippur is often dubbed the most spiritually challenging experience of the Jewish year. It asks a person for deep introspection and self-criticism, while affirming one’s great potential for good. It tells us to put our bodily needs aside for a while, while demanding focus and attention. Yom Kippur is meant to be a challenge.
