Tu B’Shvat, traditionally known as the New Year of the Trees, is a time to think about relating to the natural world and connecting with our spiritual selves. This holiday is celebrated by planting trees, eating fruits, and having a Tu B’Shvat seder, a ritual that began with the Kabbalists of the 16th century.

At this seder, you’ll have a chance to develop – or deepen – your Jewish spiritual practice through self-reflection and meditation while eating fruits and nuts and drinking four cups of wine.

The seder will be led by Rabbi David Shneyer of Am Kolel of Maryland.
