This session runs from 8:30 am to 9:00 am EST.

Start off the work day with some spiritual work as we come together to connect (virtually) and reflect. Rabbi Aaron leads a few of the traditional morning prayers, shares a couple of kavvanot (intentions) and facilitates a short journaling exercise. No background necessary.

In order to make this as meaningful an experience as possible for all involved, video participation is strongly encouraged.
