Good Intentions: A Mindfulness Retreat

This retreat led by Mindfulness Coach Alison Cohen weaves guided meditation drawing from Judaism and other practices, discussion using Mindfulness-Based Communication for Connection tools, and words of reflection to help deepen your practice.
