Premiere Screening and Panel Discussion
In remembrance of the attacks on September 11 in New York City, Washington DC, and Pennsylvania 20 years ago this year, experience the virtual premiere of “9/11: One Day in America,” a six-part documentary series from National Geographic chronicling the events of that day through gripping first-person narratives of the first responders and survivors who were there.
Traditional and contemplative, this virtual Kabbalat Shabbat and Ma’ariv service led by Rabbi Aaron offers a deep sense of focus and intention, aided by soulful and stirring music from Sarah Fredrick, Jeff Geld, and Jordan Rothenberg.
The class is a mix of lectures, group activities, text studies, and holiday celebrations. No Hebrew language knowledge is required for this class. Those wishing to convert will meet with one of the rabbis individually during the year and beyond.
