Hebrew Literacy II: Payerbook Hebrew

This course introduces common vocabulary, roots, and key grammatical structures to translate the Hebrew found in prayers and readings in synagogue, home observances, and Jewish cultural life.

What are the current risks to Israel’s democratic character? Rabbi Shira Stutman, Sixth & I’s Senior Rabbi, will lead a timely conversation with leading Israeli activist and New Israel Fund Director in Israel Mickey Gitzin and acclaimed Middle East scholar and Senior Fellow at the Brookings Center for Middle East Policy Tamara Wittes.
